Winter Packages
$500.00 fully refundable deposit is charged within 72 hours of reserved arrival
date. Deposit is fully refunded at inventory completion of the house.
GUESTS AGREE TO BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS FROM THE
PROPERTY. Guests, over 6 up to 10 will result in an additional charge of $50.00
per person. Owners reserve the right to refuse accommodation of parties over 10
people.
Deposit policy: Reservations made within 45 days of
arrival date requires full payment at booking. Cancellation policy: The total
payment for reservation is retained if cancelled within 45 days of arrival. |
